In buying, selling, remortgaging, leasing and any other land transactions, we will supply a same-day estimate on enquiry. We simply need the price of the property and its general location.  The estimate will almost always be the same as the final Fee Note, because most of the costs are foreseeable.

In Family Law, we always try to settle matters fairly, but we will put forward a robust case for our clients if necessary.  You will find that our costs are reasonable.

In Litigation, we employ specialist barristers to present your case, but again, we always try to settle cases fairly.

Family Law - New Case Progression Rules PDF Print E-mail
After Octobher 2008, new rules for any Judicial Separation and Divorce applications commenced in the Circuit Court.  These rules are intended to speed up family law applications, by allowing either party to bring applications to push their case forward.  It also allows a meeting with the County Registrar before a case is listed for hearing to ensure that both parties have all their paperwork in order and to clarify any issues between the parties.
